More specifically, exercise increases blood flow to the brain which brings more oxygen and nutrients which releases proteins in the brain which keeps brain cells healthy which promotes growth of new neurons (brain cells) which gives you overall brain health.
People who exercise are generally happier and less stressed than those who don’t.
There are tons of reasons why moving your body in exercise and/or play is beneficial for your fitness and health. When Covid hit, in-person bodywork shut down. The good news was that my clients were already doing online sessions away from home, on vacations, on business trips and the like. But, we needed more.

One on one
When Donnalynn works with clients, she guides them to better understand their body in a three-prong approach. We start with a more holistic, bird’s eye point of view and how it affects movement and health.
From this wide view, we narrow down and with more information, we can better identify muscle imbalances and dysfunctions.
Our third prong is to look at food. We believe food is information to the body. Moving, restoring, strengthening and improving health are all related to how you nourish your body. You can start with the Survey.
A private session allows Donnalynn to drill down into what’s holding a client back from achieving better movement patterns. By strengthening the weaknesses and correcting muscle imbalances, distress and pain can be relieved.
Private sessions also provide a timeframe in which to assess, design, measure and train the body with specific movement patterns, drills and exercises so results are achieved and movement is restored.
