JOURNEY TO HIGHLY ACTIVE ADULTHOOD is a 3-month interactive virtual program with Donnalynn as your Coach to help you achieve a healthy, active lifestyle in middle age and beyond. Our guided, step-by-step process is designed to promote strength, agility, and vitality so you can live well in your body again.



The Journey to Highly Active Adulthood is a unique 3-month program that combines both an online workout app plus interactive LIVE virtual sessions! 

That means that personal training workouts that are designed for your individualized needs are available to you online 24/7…AND… you’ll receive two personal training sessions per month, live via video conferencing with Donnalynn as your Coach. 

The Journey to Highly Active Adulthood program has been designed to ensure that your workout meets your goals and needs by providing immediate feedback during the live sessions.  This means you will feel more confident as you move forward through your program thus, being able to achieve your goals sooner than you thought possible. 

Our program provides you with the tools and techniques you’ll need so that you know how to maintain truly long-lasting and sustainable results for the active and healthy lifestyle that you’re looking for.

Our training app is available to you 24/7 so you can get your workouts in and still meet the demands of your busy schedule.  That means you can take your workouts with you, whether you’re at home or on vacation. 

Video instructions with written individualized notes provide clear and precise instructions.

You won’t have to guess what to do when

In addition, a calendar with scheduled workouts indicates what to do when and is included in your training app.  You will never have to wonder what to do next.  We take care of all of that for you.

Tracking workouts along with assessments keeps things dialed in correctly

You will be able to track your workouts.  By tracking your workouts, along with regular scheduled assessments, your exercise progression will be appropriate and moving in the right direction.   The tracking and assessment tools keep challenges dialed in correctly AND help to keep you consistent.

A strong support system

You’ll also be able to send us messages, questions or comments through the convenient messenger tab available in the training app.  

In addition, our weekly check-ins and strong support system help you get over any bumps along the way and help accountability stay on track.
